Personal Training Case Study 1 – Client Introduction

Daniel is a 28 year old civil servant with a 9-5 desk job. He is 6’4 and weighs in at 18 stones 6 lbs. His goals are to “lose weight and tone up” and to generally lead a healthier lifestyle.

Based on Daniel’s lifestyle and existing exercise and nutrition habits, I have designed an 8 week progressive programme to help him achieve his goals. Continue reading
